SHIPPING POLICY FOR THE SALE OF GOODS

Once an order has been placed through our website, SERES will take approximately 7 days to process and ship the order. The customer will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with tracking information. The delivery transit time will depend on the shipping option selected by the customer. During busy sales periods deliveries may take up to 7 working days longer than usual. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept customer orders for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.

International Shipping:

International customers will assume responsibility for any customs, duties, tariffs, import taxes and/or other costs associated with their purchase from our website. This policy indicates that insurance and other costs are assumed by the buyer as soon as the goods have been shipped. These costs may or may not be calculated in the final total at checkout, and may need to be paid on delivery.  

Local Delivery:

If a customer is eligible for local delivery within SERES’s local delivery zone, they may select that option at checkout for a small delivery fee. Local delivery is only available to customers who choose Shop Pay as their checkout payment method. The customer’s delivery address can be verified by Google. At checkout, customers can use the dropdown menu of suggested addresses to select a verified address. The customer’s address must be within the designated delivery radius or zip codes. SERES will take approximately 7 days to process and deliver the order - please leave us a  note if you need the item sooner and we will reach out to you to try and accommodate your request. Once the order is processed, we will notify you that the item is ready for delivery. Please provide a phone number in the notes section at checkout, so that we may reach you. We also suggest downloading the Shop App to easily track your order.

Exchanges:

The customer will be responsible for all shipment costs related to any merchandise exchange taking place.
