RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR THE SALE OF GOODS

Refund/Return:

Due to the nature of the goods provided by SERES, we cannot offer full or partial refunds for purchases made in-person or through our online store. Unopened, unused items sold by SERES in new condition may be exchanged for item(s) of equal value within 7 days from receipt of package. Items being exchanged must be unworn, nondamaged, clean and in original packaging. The exchange needs to be approved by SERES first. Once the exchange is confirmed, the items being exchanged must undergo inspection by SERES upon receipt. Items that are worn, damaged, dirty, or missing any of the original packaging will be denied an exchange. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete the exchange.  A restocking fee of $34 USD will be applied if the original packaging contents are damaged. Packaging contents include shoe box, duster bag, paper materials etc. When completing an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and any shipment related expenses including duties, taxes, international fees etc.

Final Sale:

All worn items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All gift cards and e-gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We cannot offer full or partial refunds, or exchanges for sale and promotional purchases made in-person or through our online store

Exchange:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a different one. Please email hola@seresfootwear.com within 5 days of receiving your items to start the process. Items must undergo inspection, approval and confirmation by SERES first.
