Our shoes are made in a small family owned and operated factory in León, Guanajuato, México.
Our design and fulfillment facilities are located in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

We use a US sizing scale and standard B width.

Any disclaimers related to fit can be found in the items description. Generally, our shoes fit true to size. We offer full sizes only. If you find that your feet are very wide, we recommend sizing up to the nearest whole size.

Use your best judgement when choosing a size since every foot is unique. Keep in mind that leather stretches and changes over time, often molding to the wearer's foot. Please read the item description for additional information regarding dimensions, size details, heel height etc.

We keep our material selection as organic as possible. Due to a lack of synthetic applications and finishings, our leathers present natural tones that ripe in appearance with time, and taking care of your shoes is important to maintain their quality and longevity.

1. Follow the care instructions: Refer to the product descriptions on our website and care card included in your box for specific instruction tailored to your shoes. This may include information on cleaning, conditioning, and storage.

2. Clean regularly: Remove any dirt or dust from your shoes after use.

3. Conditioning: Depending on the type of leather, you may need to apply a leather conditioner to keep it moisturized and protect it from drying out.

4. Protect from moisture: If your shoes come into contact with water, gently blot any excess moisture and allow them to air dry naturally. Avoid using direct heat sources.

5. Storage: Your shoes can be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To help them retain their shape, they can be stuffed with tissue paper or shoe tree.

6. Taking your shoes to a local shoe repair shop is a great idea. We recommend seasonal restorative cleaning for thorough care after every season.

We do not offer pick-up services at this time.
We offer local delivery for an additional rate depending on your zip code. This option will become available to you at checkout, based on your zone. You will see the additional rate once the option is selected. Please include your contact information in the notes section so that we can get a hold of you.

Due to the nature of the goods provided, we cannot offer full or partial refunds for purchases made in-person or through our online store.

Unopened, unused items in new condition may be exchanged for item(s) of equal value within 7 days from receipt of package. Items being exchanged must be unworn, nondamaged, clean and in original packaging. The exchange needs to be approved by SERES first. Please visit our Refund + Returns page for more info.
